Investing in Girls Alliance has been gathering data and sharing research on the needs and assets of middle school aged girls in greater Worcester since 2007.
We track indicators on girl's wellbeing and set benchmarks to measure our progress under four key areas:
Health, Economic Empowerment, Violence and Safety and Civic Engagement
Promote Best Practice and Policy
IIGA supports gender specific best practices and policies through our large network of girl serving organizations, with state and regional commissions on the status of women and girls, and girl and women focused funders.
We bring training and peer to peer learning opportunities to girl serving programs in greater Worcester and across the state.
Build Partnerships to Support Girls
Investing in Girls Alliance builds partnerships and collaborations to ensure girls have access to all the supports and resources they need to succeed.
