Announcement from Jericho Road Worcester

Jericho Road Worcester Appoints Pam Guild as Interim Executive Director
As Chair of Jericho Road Worcester (JRW), I am pleased to announce that Pam Guild was appointed JRW’s Interim Executive Director just before the holidays. Pam has already jumped right in and is effectively managing JRW’s skills-based volunteer program the planning for our fall 2016 The Learning Connection seminar.
Pam has a combined background in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds.  A project manager by trade, she has demonstrated the savvy for seeing the big picture; pinpointing objectives and creating an appropriate strategy to achieve goals. Pam has volunteered with the Greater Worcester Jaycees; the Wachusett Food Pantry (where she serves as board member); the Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) and Jericho Road Worcester. At JRW she also has worked as a paid consultant in facilitating The Learning Connection seminar. Pam resides in Sterling with her husband Jon, teenage son and daughter where she is an important leader and chairs an annual community fundraising program at First Church Sterling.
Pam holds a BA degree in Business Administration and French from Skidmore College, a MBA from Assumption College, a CPCU designation from the Insurance Institute; and a Project Management Master’s Certificate from Boston University.
On behalf of the board, I am delighted in welcoming Pam and confident she will not only see us through this transition period , but will do so in a way that strongly advances JRW’s mission and goals.  Pam can be reached through our office or via email at
Happy new year!
